RADIO READY SONGS - FULL BAND
For bands and solo artists requiring tracking for all instruments. Radio ready songs are $500 each. This includes production, tracking, editing and mixing. Usually 2-3 days per song.
RADIO READY SONGS - ACOUSTIC
For acoustic acts looking to do a fully produced, radio ready song, the rate is $250 per song. This includes production, tracking, editing and mixing. This rate does not include the tracking of live drums or sequencing.
DEMO PROJECTS
Full band demo rates are $150 per song or $400 for three songs. These are live tracking, eq and mixing only. Does not include fine tuning vocals and ony includes minimal editing. Acoustic demos are $100 per song or 3 songs for $270.
SOLO ARTISTS
If you bring in your own backing tracks and are only doing vocal work, the rate is $100 per song, with a maximum of 3 hours per song. This includes production, tracking, editing and mixing. Anything over 3 hours goes to the standard rate of $40 an hour.
RAPPERS
With customer supplied beat, rap sessions are $40 an hour with a 2 hour minimum.
VOICE-OVER WORK
Any project only requiring voice work, with no tuning, will fall to our standard $40 an hour rate, with a minimum of 2 hours.
SONGWRITING
We are available to help write for any project. Songwriting sessions are $35 per hour. Writing and publishing rights are distributed accordingly.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Rates will vary on the complexity of the project. Basic CD design is $20 per panel with customer supplied artwork or pictures. Logos start at $75 and flyers start at $25.
MIXING
Mixing only projects start at $100 per song.
MASTERING
Mastering is the final step of the recording process. Mastering starts at $35 per song.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Music videos vary on the complexity of the project. Videos start at $500.
AUDITION VIDEOS
If you're looking to make an audition tape for a reality singing show, i.e. The Voice, we can put an excellent song/video combo together to help you stand out. This package starts at $300.
DEPOSIT
We require a 10% non-refundable deposit upon scheduling recording time and40% is due the first day of tracking and the final 50% is due at the end of the session. No copies of the recorded materials (rough or final) will leave the studio until full payment is received.
